This piece explores the subjectivity of experience, using the choreographer’s childhood vacations at a nudist camp as an entry point. It depicts multiple people undergoing the same events, side by side, yet walking away with different interpretations of those events. This piece delves into the politics of being seen/seeing others in vulnerable states, as well as themes of childhood trauma and validation of experience.
